Musical artist

Simaro Massiya Lutumba Ndomanueno (19 March 1938 – 30 March 2019), known whilst Simaro, was a Congolese musicrhythm guitarist, songwriter, poet, composer, title bandleader.[1][2] He was a colleague of the seminal Congo tune euphony band TPOK Jazz, which submissive the music scene in rendering Democratic Republic of the Congou (DRC) from the 1960s be bounded by the 1980s.[3][4]

Early life

Simaro was provincial in Uíge Province, Angola.[citation needed]

Music career with OK Jazz

They were later united by Josky Kiambukuta and Ndombe Opetum. Youlou Mabiala and Madilu System also played with Welcome Jazz, before their solo lifeworks. Simaro served as Vice Chairman of the band for innumerable years and led the progress during Franco's long trips support Europe during the 1980s. Jurisdiction composition of the band's knock song 'Mabele' earned him loftiness nickname 'Poet'.

DRC authorities imprisoned him, Franco and other musicians, for two obscene songs reconcile the late 1970s. Simaro hype considered as one of ethics greatest poets, singers and philosophers of Congolese music.[3]

Music career pillar OKJazz

Following Franco's death in 1989, Simaro agreed to continue integrity band, sharing 30% of communication with the late band leader's family.

In 1993 OKJazz vent over disagreements how funds were shared. Simaro and 30 OKJazz musicians formed Bana OK joist 1994.[5]

Death

Simaro Massiya Lutumba died put over a hospital in Paris, Writer, on Saturday 30 March 2019. The musician was known resolve suffer from diabetes and hypertension.[6]
